The houses we build and deliver are ready to use with all electrical and plumbing installed.
In all our houses there is a smart home installation for all your needs. We place tablets on the wall where you can manage all your functions as well as from your mobile phone. We manufacture cabinets that accept all electrical panels, modems and the server for the smart home. All automations are custom made by us and we use the home assistant software. We provide free training on their operation to make your life easier.
The delivery time for the completion and construction of the house varies
from 3 to 4 months. Depending on the project and the season you ask.
All our houses are fireproof and earthquakeproof (120-minute fireproof, particularly slow-burning)They have energy class A certification.
We have civil engineers and issue building permits for the construction of the houses. The cost is not included in the price of the houses. It is in consultation with the customers.
